We provide Nuvia services to you through this website based on the following terms and conditions. Your use of this website indicates acceptance of our terms and constitutes a binding agreement between you and Nuvia Music.
Licence
We grant you a membership licence to access and make personal use of the Nuvia platform. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, download or edit any material from the platform without our written consent.
Content ownership
Only audio you own or have permission to distribute may be uploaded to Nuvia. We remove infringing content and may suspend accounts that upload material without rights.
Governing law and minimum age
These terms are governed by the laws of your country. You must be at least 18 years old to access and participate on this platform.
Earnings and withdrawals
Streaming rewards accrue only while audio is genuinely playing in the app. Fraudulent or automated playback voids the balance associated with the account.
